Maximilianpark in the Westphalian city of Hamm is an amusement park built on the site of the disused Maximilian colliery since the 1984 state horticultural show, and its landmark is the glass elephant, a walk-through sculpture about 40 m high. The sponsors of Maximilian Park are the Ruhr Regional Association and the city of Hamm.
