Facts and practical information
The Simultaneous Church in Brauneberg is a Baroque hall church, built as a simultaneous church from 1775 to 1777. In 1956, a wall was built between the nave and the choir to allow simultaneous services of both denominations. The former choir is now Protestant, the nave Catholic. The tower and the bells belong to both congregations together. Since they have also committed themselves to maintaining the external image of the church in a uniform form, the division of the church is not visible from the outside.
