The sewing machine museum is housed in a former stable of a four-sided farm and was founded and built by Karin Hein and her family in 2008.
The more than 240 exhibits include machines from the 19th century from one of the inventors of sewing machines Elias Howe to contemporary models. The collection is complemented by travel sewing machines, children's sewing machines, fur sewing machines, hat sewing machines, boot sewing machines and a stocking darning machine. In addition, technical tools such as thimbles, yarns and scissors are also on display.
