Ruine Burgberg, Burgberg im Allgäu

Burgberg Castle, also called Heimenhofen Castle, is the ruin of a high-altitude castle on a 760 m above sea level rocky hill above Burgberg in the Allgäu region in the district of Oberallgäu in Swabia. The partially preserved north wall of the small fortress was carefully secured and slightly supplemented from 1992 to 1997.
