Honberg Castle is the ruins of a summit castle above the Danube valley on the Honberg of the same name at 739 m above sea level in the middle of the Baden-Württemberg district town of Tuttlingen, which lies on the Danube. It goes back to a fortification and was never a castle in the narrower sense. It was one of the most important Württemberg state fortresses in the late Middle Ages.
