Facts and practical information
The Diebsturm, a round tower, was a part of the city wall of Bad Säckingen, renovated in 1272. In 1600 it was integrated into the Schönau Castle complex. In 1864 it was rebuilt in neo-Gothic style under the direction of Theophil Bally. In 1978/79 it was renovated.
