The Marktkirche St. Dionys, also called Altstädter Kirche, is the parish church of the Protestant Stadtkirchengemeinde Eschwege-Altstadt in Eschwege in the Werra-Meißner district of Hesse. The Marktkirche is the oldest church building in the town and was built in the 15th century in the Gothic style on the site of several predecessor buildings. It was originally under the patronage of Dionysius of Paris, the first bishop of Paris, who was martyred in the 3rd century.
