Weißewarte Wildlife Park is a wildlife park in the village of Weißewarte, located in the Altmark region of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
The game park is open to visitors all year round. It has an area of 15 hectares. There are about 400 animals of about 50 species kept on the extensive grounds. Most of them are native game species such as fallow deer, wild boars, wapiti deer, Balkan lynxes and Canada geese.
The park is located in a wooded area. It is especially characterized by its old tree population. Some of the oaks located in the game park are over 300 years old. For visitors of the park there are catering facilities and a large children's playground.
The owner is the unified municipality of Tangerhütte. The operation is supported by the Förderverein Wildpark Weißewarte e.V.
The operation was carried out from February 28, 2020 by the operating association Wildpark Weißewarte e. V. On November 25, 2021, the zoo permit was denied to the operating association Wildpark Weißewarte e. V. by the district of Stendal due to animal welfare violations. As a result, the Wildpark Weißewarte e. V. operator association returned the wild park to the unified municipality of Tangerhütte on December 1, 2021.
In 2002, the park was flooded by up to 1.40 m during the so-called flood of the century along the Elbe.
