Sternschanzenpark, usually called Schanzenpark, is a partially public park of about twelve hectares with the 60-meter-high Schanzenturm, formerly the largest water tower in Europe, which visually dominates far beyond the park and has housed a hotel since 2007, on a hill in turn 28 meters high in the district of Hamburg-Altona.
