The Simultanhalle - Space for Contemporary Art is an exhibition hall in Cologne-Volkhoven, Volkhovener Weg 209-211. It was originally built in 1979 as a test building for the Museum Ludwig by the architects Busmann + Haberer on the site of a former school to test lighting, exterior, ceiling and floor coverings. The shed roof construction is characteristic.
