The Information, Communication and Media Center is an institution of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg located in Cottbus. It serves as a library, multimedia, computer center and supports the internal data processing of the university.

The university library houses more than 1 million media, over 580 current periodicals, as well as more than 22,000 electronic journals and nearly 100,000 digital documents. In addition, the IKMZ houses around 600 workstations for visitors to the library on one underground and seven above-ground floors.

A large part of the estate of the architecture critic Ulrich Conrads is housed in the library's Ulrich Conrads Archive.
