Klophaus Park is a small park in the east of the Wuppertal borough of Elberfeld, local area Kluser Höhe in the residential neighborhood Südstadt.
The park is located on a hilltop above the streets Klophausstraße and Wolkenburg that frame it. To the west, the park merges at the same level with the residential area Kluser Höhe. From the park one looks into the Wuppertal between the Gerichtsinsel and the Wuppertaler Schauspielhaus at the Kluse and to the Hardtberg opposite.
The park has a classicist pavilion and a playground. as well as three barbecue areas. From the valley, the Wolkenburg stairs lead up to Klophaus Park. The staircase has been renovated and reopened after being closed for twenty years. A second staircase begins at Klophausstraße.
The park originates from the private garden of the villa of the fashion house owner Ludwig von Lilienthal, who made a name for himself as a patron of Wuppertal's poet and artist circles. Later the villa served as the summer residence of the forwarding agent Klophaus. The building no longer exists today.
