The Old Market in Rostock is a square historic market square in the city center of the Hanseatic city. Along with the Neuer Markt and the Universitätsplatz, it is probably the oldest in the city. It is located south of St. Peter's Church and is part of the former old town of Rostock, which was bounded by the pit to the west and the city wall to the east.
