St. Nicholas Church in Neuenstadt am Kocher in the district of Heilbronn in northern Baden-Württemberg is a Protestant parish church. The core of the building goes back to the castle chapel of Neuenstadt Castle, became a parish church in 1481 and was expanded to its present size in 1596. Under the church is the tomb of the Dukes of Württemberg-Neuenstadt.
