The Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Castelrotto is the parish church of the village.

The present church, also known as Dom auf dem Berge, was built in the Classicist style by Wiener Hofbaurat, based on a design drawn up between 1838 and 1845, between 1846 and 1849.

The bell tower houses a mighty concert of 8 Lab2 bells, among the largest in South Tyrol, cast by the D'Adda foundry in Crema in 1922. The largest bell has a diameter of 180 cm and a mass of 3522 kg; the total mass of the concert is 8217 kg.
