Vulcanello is one of the volcanoes on the island of Vulcano, in the Aeolian archipelago in Sicily, which was discontinuously active until the 16th century.
It is surrounded by the peninsula of the same name it created, a densely vegetated lava plateau where multicolored volcanic tuffs often create valuable color contrasts.
