Facts and practical information

The shrine of the Passatora Icon is a Catholic house of worship, dating between the 14th and 15th centuries, located near the village of Ferrazza, a hamlet of the municipality of Amatrice, in the province of Rieti.

The church is located at 1057 m above sea level on a plateau at the foot of the Laga Mountains. Thanks to careful restoration, the interior of the church has remained virtually unchanged from the late 15th century to the present day.
