Oliveto Castle is located in Castelfiorentino in the province of Florence.
It is a rectangular brick building with high walls and four towers crowned with battlements, with bell turrets and a clock. It was built by the Florentine Pucci family as a country house in the 15th century.
It is entered through a gateway that leads into an enclosure and from there into an inner courtyard with a four-arched loggia and a fine rainwater collection well. The interior contains 15th-century furniture, trophy weapons and a collection of portraits executed from the 16th to 18th centuries.
It is currently rented out for receptions of various kinds.
