The shrine of Our Lady of Carbognano is located in the territory of the municipality of Gemmano in the province of Rimini.

Located along the right bank of the Conca River and on the right side of the Gemmano hill, the shrine appears as a small white church in a rural setting. In recent years it has become a destination for frequent pilgrimages, both from neighboring towns and from outside the region.
