The Sanctuary of Nostra Signora del Monte also known as the Sanctuary of Madonna del Monte-the Roman Catholic Church and Clashworm complex in Genoa in the San Fruuttuoso district. He is one of the oldest Marian shrines in the city, its history dates back to the 12th century. It belongs to the Franciscan order.

The current church is the result of a 17th-century Baroque-style reconstruction.

Since 1946, he has the title of Minor Basilica.
