The Niccolò Paganini Auditorium is located in the city of Parma and is dedicated to Maestro Niccolò Paganini, who was called to Parma by Duchess Maria Luisa to conduct activities within the Ducal Orchestra. The Teatro Regio's concert season is held there every year. The Arturo Toscanini Philharmonic also uses the Paganini Auditorium for its concert activities. In September for all four Sundays at 11:00 a.m. the "Feast of Military Bands" takes place, while in October there is the review, "Feast of Civic Bands," in which in 2009 the Giuseppe Verdi Municipal Band Corps of Parma participated, performing in two concerts, including one for the closing party of the "Verdi Festival." Since 2013, it has hosted the traditional Sant'Ilario awards ceremony held on January 13 each year on the day of the city's patron saint.
