The Grego Brothers Refuge is an alpine refuge in the Julian Alps, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in the territory of the municipality of Malborghetto-Valbruna. It is located at the end of Val Dogna, in a clearing surrounded by forest, just east of Sella di Sompdogna, near the small lake of the same name, with views of the north faces of Jôf di Montasio and the northwest slopes of Jôf Fuart and Nabois.
