The Rocca dei Bentivoglio is a castle located in Bazzano in the municipality of Valsamoggia, in the province of Bologna.
First mentioned in 1019, but probably of older origin, it was totally rebuilt at the behest of Marquis Azzo VIII d'Este between 1296 and 1317 and later transformed into a lordly residence by Giovanni II Bentivoglio starting in 1473.
It is currently home to the foundation of the same name and houses the Arsenio Crespellani Civic Archaeological Museum and rooms for the municipality's cultural activities, music center, inter-municipal media library and the "Tommaso Casini" study center.
