The shrine of Our Lady of the Olive Tree is a Catholic place of worship located in the locality of Bacezza, in Piazza Madonna dell'Olivo, in the municipality of Chiavari in the metropolitan city of Genoa. The church is the seat of the parish of Santa Maria e San Biagio in Bacezza of the Chiavari-Lavagna vicariate of the diocese of Chiavari.

The main holiday is celebrated on Feb. 2 and 3 for the religious feasts of Candlemas and St. Blaise. The hymn of Our Lady of the Olive Tree, entitled On the Green Flowering Hill, was composed and set to music by maestro and priest Giovanni Battista Campodonico in 1936.
