The church of Santa Maria di Porto Salvo, also called degli Scalzi because of the presence in the adjoining convent, until 1806, of friars of the Order of the Discalced Augustinians, is a Catholic place of worship in Gaeta, located in the Porto Salvo district. The parish of Saints Cosmas and Damian has stood on it since 1944, after the church of the same name was partially destroyed during World War II.
