The Church of the Holy Martyrs Fabian and Sebastian is the current parish church of Fara Novarese, in the province and diocese of Novara, and is located in the square in the center of the town. It is a Baroque-style building that has been modified several times, with a bell tower on the right side and a narthex with seven arches. The interior is divided into three naves. Attached to the left side of the parish church are other buildings from different periods: the oratory of Santa Marta, the scurolo of San Damiano, and the octagonal baptistery.
