Giardino Botanico "Villa Bricherasio", Saluzzo

The botanical garden of Villa Bricherasio is located Saluzzo, covering 12,000 m², with species from different climate zones.

We find bamboos, camellias, and ponds with floating aquatic plants including Victoria amazonica, which due to the microclimate of the area does not need greenhouses. We find alpineto with many species of Crassulaceae, a collection of English botanical roses, shrubs such as camphor Cinamoumun, Firmiana simplex, Cupressus casmirianum, eucalyptus trees from Tasmania and New Zealand, and Gunera manicata from Brazil. There is also the area of grasses, banana trees, hydrangeas and ferns.
