The shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Graces of Boccadirio-or simply sanctuary of Boccadirio-is a Marian shrine in Emilia-Romagna. It is located in the hamlet of Baragazza, in the municipality of Castiglione dei Pepoli, in the province of Bologna, in the border area with Tuscany.

A pilgrimage site, it can be reached from the Autostrada del Sole highway by exiting at the Roncobilaccio tollbooth and continuing on provincial road 8. It is the second most important shrine in the Bologna diocese, after the shrine of Our Lady of St. Luke in Bologna.
