Upłazianski Wierszyk - a small hill in the Adamica Ridge forming the end of the northwestern ridge of Ciemniak in the Western Tatras. The elevation of 1203 m is completely forested and is located above the Zahradziska clearing and below the Upłaz clearing. The northeastern slopes descend to the Cow Dyke Gulch, the southwestern to the Uplazian Gulch, and the Adamica Ridge descends in a northwestern direction to the forks of the Koscieliska Creek and the Mietuski Creek.
Through the top and the ridge of the Upłazianski Wierszyk leads forest road from Zahradzisk on Polana Upłaz, and by this road popular tourist trail from the Koscieliska Valley on Czerwone Wierchy. From the clearings between the trees views of the area of this valley and the Miętusiejska Valley.
