The Church of the Most Holy Crucifix, seat of the confraternity of the same name, is a church in the historic center of Gallipoli. It was erected in 1750 on land owned by the Dominican fathers purchased by the confraternity in 1741. The construction of the structure, the design of which is due to Carlo Multò, a captain of artillery serving at the royal castle of Gallipoli, was carried out by the copertinese master Ortensio Preite.
