Castello della Boffalora

Boffalora Castle is a fortress located in the Italian town of Agazzano, in the province of Piacenza.

The castle is situated on the last hillsides of the Ligurian Apennines, between the Tidone and Luretta valleys, in a dominant position with respect to the road that connects Pianello Val Tidone to Agazzano. Although placed at a relatively low elevation, 292 m above sea level, its position allows a sweeping view of a good part of the plain below.
