The monument to the Weaver, nicknamed l'Omo, is a sculpture in Schio, created in 1879 by Giulio Monteverde. Commissioned by Alessandro Rossi and dedicated "to his weavers," it is one of the main symbols of the town; the statue turns out to be the first monument in Italy dedicated to workers.
