The Roberto Bignami is a refuge located in the municipality of Lanzada, in the Malenco Valley, positioned on a knoll overlooking the artificial lake of Gera, at 2,401 m above sea level. The refuge, opened in 1957, is named after Roberto Bignami, who died in the Himalayas, on Mount Api, in 1954.
