The Garibaldi Theater is a 228-seat opera house in Santa Maria Capua Vetere founded in 1890 and opened in 1896.

Since 2017, it has housed within it a section of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Civic Museum and Historical Archives dedicated to theater and cinema.
