The Seminary Building is a historic building in Rieti, occupying the west side of Piazza Oberdan, facing in the rear onto Via del Seminario, and bypassing Via Marco Terenzio Varrone with the Seminary Arch, through which Via Varrone flows into Piazza Oberdan. It was the first seminary to be established according to the norms of the Council of Trent, if we exclude the very small seminary in Larino.
