The Church of Christ the Redeemer is a religious building located in the hamlet of Le Case in the municipality of Monsummano Terme, in the parish of Christ the Redeemer
Opened for worship on June 30, 2001, it initially took the title of rectory in the territory of the parish of Maria SS.ma della Fontenova, but on July 15, 2017, by decree of the bishop of the diocese of Pescia Roberto Filippini, it became an autonomous parish.
Inside the church is a 4-meter-high bronze statue entitled Christ the Redeemer, created by sculptor Jorio Vivarelli.
