Chiesa di Santa Maria de s'Ispidale

The church of Santa Maria de s'Ispidale is a country church located in the territory of Romana-a town in northeastern Sardinia-from which it is about two kilometers away. Consecrated to Catholic worship, it is part of the parish of Madonna degli Angeli, diocese of Alghero-Bosa. The church, built around the 15th century, perhaps owes its name to the fact that it belonged to the Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem, known as the Order of Malta
