The church of Santa Maria delle Grazie is a sacred building located on Via della Propositura in Anghiari.
One of the most recent buildings in the historic center, designed by Giovanni Battista Bellini, it was built in neoclassical style with late Baroque influences. The church layout has a single nave with barrel vault and aedicule side altars. The elevation is distinguished by a remarkable vertical development that stands out in the urban structure of the city. The interior contains important paintings of the Florentine sixteenth century: two panels by Giovanni Antonio Sogliani depicting The Last Supper and the Washing of the Feet, and the Deposition from the Cross by Domenico Ubaldini known as il Puligo. Behind the high altar is the Madonna of Mercy, a large polychrome glazed terracotta by Andrea della Robbia.
The church has been a parish seat since the late 18th century.
