Square Shape with Cut is a monumental white marble sculpture made by English artist Henry Moore, which was purchased by the city of Prato with the help of local industrialists at the end of one of his monographic exhibitions in 1972 and is one of the finest examples of contemporary sculpture in Italy.
It consists of 30 blocks of white marble from Mount Altissimo in the Apuan Alps, specifically from the Mossa quarry, was made at the Henraux workshop in Querceta.
