The church of San Giorgio is a Catholic place of worship located in the hamlet of Tellaro, via San Giorgio, in the municipality of Lerici in the province of La Spezia. It was home to the parish of the same name, later transferred to the new parish of Stella Maris, of the La Spezia-Sarzana-Brugnato diocese.
