The port of Cala de' Medici, geographically located on the Ligurian Sea, is the main marina of Rosignano Solvay, in the municipality of Rosignano Marittimo; built in the early 21st century, it is among the largest recreational boat docks in the province of Livorno. In 2015 it was named among the best Italian "Marina Resorts " obtaining the prestigious RI.NA certification. In 2016 the breakwater was lengthened in its subdued hammerhead in order to allow the stay of boats and ships over 36 meters.
