Wielki Opalony Wierch is a reglow peak in the northern ridge of Siwy Zwornik in the Polish West Tatras. It is located in a long ridge descending from Kominiarski Wierch through Kufa to the northeast. It is separated from the Small Opal Peak located below in this ridge by the Niżnie Dudowe Siodło pass, from the Wierch Świerkule located above by the Wyżnie Dudowe Siodło pass. The western slopes of the Big Opal Peak descend to the upper part of the Dudowa Valley, the eastern slopes to the upper part of the Lejowa Valley.
There are caves in the slopes of the Great Opalone Peak: Shelter in Opalone First, Shelter in Opalone Second. It is overgrown with forest, but there are still small grassy areas. These are the remains of the former Tylkowe Chimney Hall, gradually overgrown with forest.
