Zadnia Rosocha - a peak in the ridge rising between the Lejowa Valley and the Chochołowska Valley in the Polish West Tatras. It is separated from Wierch Kuc located above by Lejowe Siodło pass, from Skrajna Rosocha located below by Rosochowate Siodło pass. The eastern slopes of Zadniej Rosocha descend into the Lejowa Valley. In the north-west direction from its top there is a perch. On the southern side of this perch there is the Wielka Sucha Dolina, on the northern side there is the Rosochowate Gulch descending to the Wielka Sucha Dolina.
The Rosocha extreme is completely forested. It is owned by the Forest Community of the Entitled Eight Villages. In the lower part of its slopes in the Lejowa Valley there is a clearing called Jaworzyna Lejowa.
