Villa Genoese Zerbi, is a historic building in the city of Reggio Calabria. It stands on Corso Vittorio Emanuele III in the area where, before 1860, there was the old Baroque-style villa of the Marquis Genoese family, an ancient family of the Reggio patrician class who at the end of the 19th century added to their surname that of the Zerbi from which Genoese Zerbi. Destroyed by the 1908 earthquake, the villa was rebuilt with a project drawn up by engineers Zerbi, Pertini and Marzats in 1915. Currently, the Villa no longer belongs to the Genoese Zerbi family and for some years was an exhibition center run by the Municipality of Reggio Calabria.
