The prepositural church of Sant'Erasmo is the parish church of Castel Goffredo, in the province and diocese of Mantua; it is part of the vicariate foraneo San Carlo Borromeo.
The structure occupies the east side of Mazzini Square and, built in the second half of the 15th century and arranged asymmetrically to the axis of the square, contains important works of art from the 16th to the 18th century, including a painting by Giuseppe Bazzani and the high altar in polychrome marble designed by Andrea Gamba.
