The Caltagirone Museum of Ceramics is a regional museum in Sicily, which specializes in displaying artifacts of ceramics made in Sicily since prehistoric times. Together with the Faenza Museum, it is the most important in Italy for the documentation of ceramic art.
The museum exhibits a vast collection of ceramics, some 2,500 artifacts, providing visitors with a broad view of the history of ceramic art from the 4th millennium B.C. to the contemporary age.
