The church of San Lussorio is a country church located in the territory of Romana-a town in northwestern Sardinia-from which it is about four kilometers away. Consecrated to Catholic worship, it is part of the parish of Madonna degli Angeli, diocese of Alghero-Bosa.
Church characteristic in that it was carved out of a cave where, according to legend, the saint allegedly hid for seven years so as to escape his persecutors. The forepart has a long portico supported by buttresses, built in the 19th century. On August 21 each year, a solemn feast is held there in honor of the saint.
