The Luni National Archaeological Museum is located in Luni, in the province of La Spezia, and houses numerous archaeological finds unearthed during excavations in the area of the ancient Roman city of Luna. The museum is located in the area of the excavations where it is possible to visit the finds unearthed, including the imposing amphitheater, which is in good condition and was built in the 2nd century.
Since December 2014, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities has managed it through the Polo Museale della Liguria, which became the Regional Directorate of Museums in December 2019.
