The church of San Gavino al Cornocchio is a church in Scarperia, in the province of Florence. It was built in the 13th century by a branch of the Ubaldini family just outside the town.

It has a loggia on the outside and today is integrated into a complex of farm buildings used in agriculture, but in the period before the 17th century its body was well demarcated.

It preserves inside a painting depicting the Martyrdom of Saint Gavin.
