The Church of the Annunziata is a rural church in Bari. Located on the border between the territories of the Palese - Macchie and Santo Spirito districts, until 1928 it was on the border between Bitonto and Modugno, when Santo Spirito and Palese passed from the jurisdictions of the two aforementioned municipalities to that of the capital.

It is located a few meters from the provincial road 156 Bitonto-Aeroporto di Palese, near the contrada Arco Camerato.
